Uslovi korišćenja

Ovi uslovi uređuju korišćenje aplikacije Bebicino. Uslugu pruža Protocode, Srbija („mi”). Kada prihvatite ove uslove pre nego što napravite porodicu ili joj se pridružite, sklapate sa nama ugovor pod ovim uslovima. Kako obrađujemo vaše podatke, opisano je u Obaveštenju o privatnosti.

1. Šta je Bebicino

Bebicino je zajednički dnevnik nege bebe. Članovi porodice beleže hranjenje, spavanje, pelene i lekove, vide zapise jedni drugih i dobijaju podsetnike koje sami podese. Aplikacija radi i bez interneta i sinhronizuje zapise kada se veza vrati.

Aplikacija je trenutno besplatna i bez oglasa. Ako uvedemo plaćene funkcije, cene i uslove ćemo jasno prikazati pre nego što bilo šta platite.

2. Aplikacija ne daje medicinske savete

Bebicino beleži ono što unesete i podseća vas u vreme koje ste sami podesili. Ne postavlja dijagnoze, ne tumači zapise, ne računa doze i ne preporučuje lečenje. Statistika u aplikaciji je zbir vaših zapisa, a ne medicinska procena. Odluke o zdravlju deteta donosite sa lekarom. U hitnom slučaju pozovite hitnu pomoć (194).

3. Podsetnici

Podsetnici zavise od obaveštenja na telefonu. Mogu da kasne ili izostanu ako su obaveštenja isključena, ako telefon štedi bateriju, ako aplikaciju duže vreme ne otvorite ili zbog ograničenja operativnog sistema. Obaveštenje ne znači da je lek dat: dozu zabeležite kada je zaista date. Ne oslanjajte se na aplikaciju kao na jedini podsetnik za važne lekove.

4. Ko može da koristi aplikaciju

Morate biti punoletni. Podatke o detetu smete da unosite samo ako ste njegov roditelj ili staratelj, ili ako imate njihovu dozvolu.

5. Nalog

Prijavljujete se preko Apple-a, Google-a ili kodom poslatim e-poštom; lozinke ne postoje. Pristup nalogu zavisi od pristupa toj adresi e-pošte ili Apple ili Google nalogu, zato ih dobro čuvajte. Na svim uređajima koristite isti način prijave. Ako mislite da je neko drugi pristupio vašem nalogu, odjavite se na svim uređajima u Podešavanjima i pišite nam.

6. Porodica i deljenje

Administratori pozivaju članove, biraju im uloge i uklanjaju ih. Kod poziva delite samo sa osobama kojima verujete: ko ga iskoristi, vidi decu i zapise koje mu poziv dozvoljava. Vi odgovarate za to koga pozivate. Uklonjeni član gubi pristup kada se njegov telefon sledeći put poveže na internet.

Zapisi koje unesete deo su zajedničkog dnevnika porodice i ostaju u njemu i kada napustite porodicu. Ako obrišete nalog, vaše ime se uklanja sa tih zapisa.

7. Vaši podaci

Podaci koje unesete pripadaju vama i vašoj porodici. Koristimo ih samo da bismo pružili uslugu: da ih čuvamo, sinhronizujemo i prikažemo članovima porodice kojima je pristup dat. Podatke možete da izvezete i obrišete u svakom trenutku. Vi odgovarate za tačnost onoga što unesete.

8. Dozvoljeno korišćenje

Nije dozvoljeno:

• koristiti aplikaciju protivno zakonu;
• unositi podatke o deci o kojima se ne starate, bez dozvole njihovih roditelja ili staratelja;
• pokušavati da pristupite tuđim porodicama, nalozima ili našim sistemima;
• ometati rad usluge, na primer automatizovanim prijavama, preopterećivanjem servera ili pogađanjem kodova poziva;
• zaobilaziti bezbednosne mere aplikacije.

9. Dostupnost i čuvanje podataka

Trudimo se da usluga radi pouzdano, ali ne možemo da garantujemo da će uvek biti dostupna i bez grešaka. Za sinhronizaciju je potreban internet. Izmene koje još nisu sinhronizovane postoje samo na vašem telefonu i gube se ako izgubite telefon, obrišete aplikaciju ili se odjavite pre sinhronizacije; aplikacija vas pre odjave upozori. Ako su vam podaci važni, povremeno ih izvezite.

10. Prestanak korišćenja

Nalog možete da obrišete u svakom trenutku, u Podešavanjima › Nalog i podaci. Možemo da ograničimo ili ukinemo pristup nalogu koji krši ove uslove, posebno ako ugrožava druge korisnike ili rad usluge. Ako odlučimo da ugasimo uslugu, obavestićemo vas unapred u aplikaciji, da biste stigli da izvezete podatke.

11. Odgovornost

Aplikaciju pružamo onakvu kakva jeste. U meri u kojoj zakon dozvoljava, ne odgovaramo za štetu nastalu zbog odluka donetih na osnovu zapisa ili statistike, zbog propuštenih ili zakasnelih podsetnika ili zbog gubitka izmena koje nisu sinhronizovane. Ništa u ovim uslovima ne ograničava odgovornost za štetu prouzrokovanu namerno ili krajnjom nepažnjom, niti prava koja kao potrošač imate po zakonu.

12. Izmene uslova

Uslove možemo da menjamo, na primer kada dodamo nove funkcije ili kada se promeni zakon. O značajnim izmenama obavestićemo vas u aplikaciji i zamoliti vas da ih prihvatite pre nego što nastavite. Ako se ne slažete sa izmenama, možete da prestanete da koristite aplikaciju i obrišete nalog.

13. Prodavnice aplikacija

Ako ste aplikaciju preuzeli iz App Store-a ili sa Google Play-a, važe i pravila te prodavnice. Apple i Google nisu strane ovih uslova i ne odgovaraju za aplikaciju ni za podršku.

14. Merodavno pravo

Na ove uslove primenjuje se pravo Republike Srbije, a za sporove je nadležan sud u Republici Srbiji. Ako ste potrošač i živite u drugoj zemlji, zadržavate zaštitu koju vam daju obavezni propisi te zemlje.

These terms govern your use of the Bebicino app. The service is provided by Protocode, Serbia (“we”). When you accept these terms before you create or join a family, you enter into an agreement with us under these terms. How we process your data is described in the Privacy notice.

1. What Bebicino is

Bebicino is a shared baby care journal. Family members record feeding, sleep, diapers, and medication, see each other's records, and get reminders they set up themselves. The app works without an internet connection and syncs records when the connection returns.

The app is currently free and has no ads. If we introduce paid features, we will show prices and terms clearly before you pay for anything.

2. The app gives no medical advice

Bebicino records what you enter and reminds you at times you set yourself. It doesn't diagnose, interpret records, calculate doses, or recommend treatment. Statistics in the app are totals of your records, not a medical assessment. Make decisions about your child's health with a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Reminders

Reminders depend on your phone's notifications. They can be late or missing if notifications are turned off, if the phone is saving battery, if you don't open the app for a long time, or because of operating system limits. A notification doesn't mean a dose was given: record a dose when you actually give it. Don't rely on the app as your only reminder for important medication.

4. Who can use the app

You must be an adult. You may enter data about a child only if you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission.

5. Your account

You sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a code sent by email; there are no passwords. Access to your account depends on access to that email address or Apple or Google account, so keep them secure. Use the same sign-in method on all your devices. If you think someone else has accessed your account, sign out on all devices in Settings and write to us.

6. Families and sharing

Administrators invite members, choose their roles, and remove them. Share an invitation code only with people you trust: whoever uses it sees the children and records the invitation allows. You are responsible for whom you invite. A removed member loses access the next time their phone connects to the internet.

Records you enter are part of the family's shared journal and stay there when you leave the family. If you delete your account, your name is removed from those records.

7. Your data

The data you enter belongs to you and your family. We use it only to provide the service: to store it, sync it, and show it to the family members who have been given access. You can export and delete your data at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the app in violation of the law;
• enter data about children you don't care for without their parents' or guardians' permission;
• try to access other families, other accounts, or our systems;
• disrupt the service, for example with automated sign-ups, by overloading the servers, or by guessing invitation codes;
• circumvent the app's security measures.

9. Availability and keeping your data

We work to keep the service reliable, but we can't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Syncing requires an internet connection. Changes that haven't synced yet exist only on your phone and are lost if you lose the phone, uninstall the app, or sign out before they sync; the app warns you before you sign out. If your data matters to you, export it from time to time.

10. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account & data. We may restrict or close an account that breaks these terms, especially if it puts other users or the service at risk. If we decide to shut down the service, we will tell you in the app in advance so you have time to export your data.

11. Liability

We provide the app as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by decisions based on records or statistics, by missed or late reminders, or by the loss of changes that hadn't synced. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will tell you about material changes in the app and ask you to accept them before you continue. If you don't agree with the changes, you can stop using the app and delete your account.

13. App stores

If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, that store's rules also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or its support.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of that country.
